PC Coordination, Gender Equality and Network Funding


The PC is in charge of coordination of the RG 1406 as well as responsible for an efficient communication between PIs which are dislocated all over Germany. To this end meetings which will also be open for the young scientists of the RG 1406, will be organized at least twice a year. Moreover two international symposia will take place and renowned scientist will be invited. With respect to gender equality female scientists within the RG will be specifically mentored and educated. Importantly, the PC is in charge of coordinating and performing in vivo animal experiments as well as bioimaging analysis for the RG partners.
